In this practical 6-week course participants will be taught mindfulness and meditation practices to reduce stress, improve concentration and performance as well as mental and physical wellbeing. This course will enhance their personal and professional lives.

Mindfulness and Meditation Course for Practitioners:

This 6-week course is aimed at people who already have some experience of mindfulness and meditation. The course helps participants to gain greater insight into who they are and who they want to become. It will assist participants in cultivating strength and resilience to achieve desired change and growth.

Mindfulness Practice Sessions for Beginners and Practitioners: 

The sessions introduce participants to innovative mindfulness practice exercises to cultivate mental spaciousness in order to reduce stress and be more efficient in their everyday lives.  The sessions help participants to achieve a positive mind-body balance.
