Pilates Course for Virgins & Rookies:
In this hands-on 4-week course, participants will be taught the basics of Pilates postures and techniques to increase chore strength and flexibility. Pilates is especially beneficial for people with back pain. This course is for people who have no previous Pilates experience and for those who really want to get their technique right.
Pilates Course for Pros:
In this hands-on 4-week course, participants will focus on improving their posture, balance and joint mobility, and toning their muscles.
