Mindfulness Practice Sessions

The sessions introduce participants to innovative mindfulness practice exercises to cultivate mental spaciousness in order to reduce stress and be more efficient in their everyday lives.  The sessions help participants to achieve a positive mind-body balance. The classes are beneficial for both practitioners of mindfulness and newbies.

Many people do not know how to take half an hour out of their busy schedules to meditate. But it is essential for your wellbeing to take a few minutes each day to sit down, clear your mind and relax.

The exercises participants learn can be practiced within 5 to 10 minutes at home and will help them to empty their minds and find some much-needed calm in their frantic lives.

  • Increased psychological well-being and life satisfaction
  • Enhanced concentration and cognition
  • Improved effectiveness at work
